Who we are

This website is operated by HU Electrical ("we", "us"), based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@huelectrical.co.uk.

Information we collect

We don't have any forms on this site that collect personal data directly. If you contact us by phone, email, or Instagram DM, we'll receive whatever information you choose to share with us (e.g. your name, contact details, and details of the job you need doing) so we can respond to your enquiry.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them as follows:

• Strictly necessary: a small local storage entry to remember your cookie preference. This isn't a tracking cookie and doesn't identify you.
• Analytics (optional): if you select "Accept All", we use Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics or similar tools to help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are popular). These only run with your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site:

• Google Tag Manager / Analytics — used for site analytics, subject to your cookie consent choice. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — used to display the site's typefaces, which may load resources from Google's servers.
• Netlify — our website hosting provider.
• Instagram — links to our Instagram profile are provided for your convenience; Instagram's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@huelectrical.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
